Trust House is managed by Host Students. The University of Exeter St Luke’s Campus is just 10 minutes’ walk away, while you can be at Streatham Campus within 20 minutes.
In 2025/26 for our year 1 undergraduate students, we have secured 76 ensuite rooms in flats of up to 6 people, on 42 week contracts.

Bed size
All rooms at Trust House have three-quarter double beds. Storage space under the bed is a minimum of 26cm.
